Welcome to The Storage Store! By using our website and submitting your artwork for
customizing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Please read these terms carefully, as they contain important information regarding your
legal rights and obligations.
Artwork Submission
By submitting your artwork or design ("User-Submitted Artwork") to The Storage
Store, you represent and warrant that:
a. You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and authorize The
Storage Store to use the User-Submitted Artwork in the manner contemplated by these Terms of Use;
and
b. The User-Submitted Artwork does not infringe, misappropriate or violate any third-party rights,
including but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, moral rights, privacy rights,
or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Storage Store, its affiliates, officers, directors,
employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities,
costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
a. Your use of and access to our website;
b. Your violation of any term of these Terms of Use;
c. Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, patent,
trade secret, moral right, privacy right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; or
d. Any claim that the User-Submitted Artwork caused damage to a third party.
User-Submitted Artwork License
By submitting the User-Submitted Artwork, you grant The Storage Store a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicense able, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User-Submitted Artwork in connection with the provision of our products and services, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the User-Submitted Artwork in any media formats and through any media channels.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of our website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Insert City and State], under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Modifications
The Storage Store reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. By continuing to use our website after any such modifications, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.
Severability
